Booking information
The set up and staffing for your wedding will be provided by Kennedy Catering. For a high standard of service, our experience has shown that one service staff can serve 24-30 people efficiently. As a result, the total number of guests will be divided by 25 to give the correct number of service staff for your wedding. If Kennedy Catering is providing your bar needs, a bartender may be scheduled at an additional cost.
All tables will be set according to your menu selection and to your specifications. Our house linen is white with white or coloured napkins. A choice of coloured overlay for tables is available at an additional cost. Napkins will be set in wine glasses unless otherwise specified.
All tables will be set with white china and silverware. Royal Doulton china and an upgrade of silverware are available at an additional cost.
An additional charge will be applicable for our staff to cut wedding cake, open and pour wine.
Kennedy Catering offers a complimentary consultation prior to your wedding to discuss the details and to customise any accessories to your own taste. We will gladly be of support in any way we can.
Wedding Payment Policies and Procedures
Deposit
An initial Deposit of $500.00 is required to confirm your booking. Payment may be made in cash, credit card or cheque. Balance to be paid the evening of your function unless other payment procedures are pre-authorised.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the initial deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to re-book that date.
Final Number Confirmation
Final numbers must be confirmed 10 working days prior to the event. Kennedy’s will charge for the number of persons confirmed or for the actual number of persons served, which ever is greater.
Hall Rental
Any cost incurred by Kennedy’s for the rental of any hall will be added to the final amount of bill.
Missing or Damaged Items
In the event of missing or damaged items i.e. Table Linen. Kennedy’s will not be responsible for the cost of replacement.
